In my experience, the CMR website does not use flash or pop-ups or other things that might hinder the mobile experience. I think it will probably work, but I cannot say with any sense of authority.
I was able to use my Android phone last year cause I was driving back from the hospital
You can, but do expect to be VERY patient about it!
