I could set up a gathering however I am not too keen on moderating the gathering. If someone else wants to call the shots at the event that would be great. I can set up the location/time and come up with a rough list of shots. I was hoping to have the gathering on Friday.

Glad to see I'm not the only one waiting over here.
I've never moderated a gathering before, but if no one wants to when we get closer to Fanime I can give it a shot.
I am not able to moderate as I am already obligated to work at the con as volunteer staff most of the weekend. If we do have an AC gathering I hope to arrange my shifts around it. I might be able to help with any pre con set up.
I will work on getting a Facebook page set set up this weekend and find a time that works for most people. I am going to suggest either Friday or Sunday.
Okay, I'll make an official thread when I'm not on my phone.
We can discuss when is the best time for everyone, but I'm hoping for a not-Saturday time right now.
