Does anyone know if the Hilton takes temporary (aka counter) checks??
And would they accept my debit card for the deposit? or what about cash?
And in past experiences, how much does the Hilton charge for their deposits?
I haven't stayed at the particular hilton... but I have stayed at hilton hotels.
The chances of a hotel taking a check are pretty much zero. After all checks need time to clear.
Every hotel I've stayed at accepts debit cards and cash ( Actually I usually split up payments.. like I'll pay for the room using cash, and then put the incidental fees on my card ) But when using a debit card, be careful not to overdraw your account.
Your best bet is to call the hotel and ask them directly.
