I just saw on foxkids that they're gonna dub one piece!!!! Nooooooo!!!! They'll probably butcher it like they did to Shamn King!!!
$Kids is also butchering F-Zero:Falcon Legend, but well $Kids is well, for kids. Uncut and subtitled Shaman King is coming to dvd soon I believe.
Don't watch it and read the manga. I prefer the manga anyway.
I second that notion. If you wanna complain about it then don't watch it, simple as that. There are always HK subs and manga.
I have to admit that the manga is better. You don't have to watch the cut up dub of it.

I don't like OP's dub but I think it could have been worse.
a) What's F-Zero? It's leading the polls.
b) More like baseless speculation, but have you noticed that the Viz / Shounen Jump (sp) manga that's $7.95 are for titles that are dubbed (or will be dubbed) on television? My guess is that the prices are lower in anticipation of higher sales volumes, resulting from the television shows.
I and my wallet hope it works...!

I just read in Anime Insider that Shaman King is going to be re-released on DVD uncut/unedited with an all new subtitle script to match the Japanses Audio.
However the English is not getting re-dubbed so there will be blank spots in the dialogue.
