For starters:

Otaku: The very epitome of a compulsive addict. They like anime :D !

KIIYYAA (Kiya): An expression of extreme glee when your fave anime character pops up on the screen, looking cute, funny...or looking damn hot.

Glomp: Very strong (and sometimes potentially dangerous to the glomped person's health) hug or showing of affection. (See Glomping thread for details)

Personally, I'd define it as "obsessive fan." And it can be fandom of anything really. There are game otaku, military otaku, etc.
