OK, so it's most likely not the longest name ever, but there are a lot of syllabols in it and there's no rhythm, so every word sounds completely isolated from the next. Root seems to have a problem like that. Their most famous series, Kao no nai Tsuki, isn't as long, but it's also a chore to say.

Its a spoof on "In da' hood" movies which starred Shawn and Marlon Wayans. It is one of the funniest movies that i've ever seen! ^^ Still much funnier than Scary Movie IMO! ^^

Its not a "real" word, so I wouldnt say there is a "correct" way. But he does tend to say it as one word, so I would venture to say dattebayo is "correct."

I used to think "Hagane no Renkinjutsushi" was long... but then I watched Yami to Boshi to Hon no Tabibito. It's been posted before, and it's possibly NOT the longest... but it's the only one I can think of. XD;
This is why most people shorten these types of titles to like... "YamiBou". When you see an anime that has a shortened name like that, it just might be a long title. x3
Yeah, most of the ones I can think of are the ones that're shortened to about two syllables--Kareshi Kanojyo no Jijou and Hanazakari no Kimitachi e and whatnot. Certainly not as long as some that have been posted here, but rather unwieldy nonetheless. *laugh*

And I think "Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu" IS considerably long. At least it's a pain to say the name of the whole series, instead of just "Haruhi".
