I heard that bleach got licensed by viz one of my friends told me about since he's a hardcore bleach fan.

Heck, I'm surprised it took them this long. Bleach has been a huge hit both in Japan and here- all you had to do was get your head out of the clouds for half a minute and pay attention to anime fanatics and you'd know it. I'm glad it didn't happen while the series was really young, but geez, companies ought to acquire new people to find out what's popular and worth their time to purchase.

Haha, that's exactly why Bleach wasn't liscenced sooner. Popular series cost more... hence my earlier post about how much they had to pay for the liscence... >.<
Well, I'm going to go cry now. There goes about 36 hours of my life. Bleach was popular and addicting. Kind of like the new drug, Bleach!

Urrgh... This is great. Another anime desecrated by poor dubs U_U. I saw a dubbed episode of it on YouTube once. I just wanted to scream. I couldn't even sit through the entire episode because I couldn't stand the way the dubs were done for Bleach.

Coming to Adult Swim on Saturday nights at 12am is Bleach to replace FMA!
Wooooooooooooooooo!! I've never seen the series at all, so watching the dub will be interesting x_-... I will pray for good voice acting.
At least I was able to finish watching the Soul Society arch ^^ I'd be pissed if Viz licensed the series beforehand.
Bleach licensed by Viz eh? ^^ Well...this means I should expect some uncut DVDs from Viz as well pretty soon! ^^ And of course in english and japanese text and openings as well! ^^

I'm usually not a snob regarding kids watching stuff on TV and becoming heavy fans of things, but.. eh. I just hope they don't dumb it down, dub it horribly and cut out all the blood. If it gets on TV, I mean.

I dropped Bleach when it started becoming popular around "otaku". :P But whatever, I guess I'm a non-conformist. Anyway, yeah it's sort of about time. I'm kinda surprised it didn't get licensed sooner, but I guess companies were hesitating on who was going to take it. Since it's licensed by Viz, it may be a bad thing [if it's aired on public telly]... If anyone saw a skit at last year's DerCosplay depicting Bleach's licensing~ *whistles*
at the risk of getting kicked where it hurts the most over the internet, i never really got into this whole bleach deal. there are a bunch of girls at my school who make too big a deal of this particular anime, so i gave it a look-see. like other anime with a lot of hype, it was "meh" at best, imo at least.
