Title: Ranma ½'s... Return?

Okay! I have good news for R½ fans, and I have bad news.

Good news: Ranma ½ will be returning to Cartoon Network!
Bad news: ...in Latin America, that is.

So... close... I have such little access to Ranma ½ material, being poor and the like, and not willing to visit HIGHLY questionable websites for content... here's hoping for a swift pilgrimage over to State America!

Latin America = where exactly?
For what I know (unrelated?), I was happy because for the longest time, anytime I would go down to Mexico, I could casually catch it in the mornings. And that is TV worth watching...

Latin America is everything that isn't Texas and up or South America... if I'm not mistaken.
I suck at Geography, so... maybe an educated person could correct me here?

Yeah, I know the following:
Canada and the United States are North.
Latin America is that li'l digit between Baja Cali, Texas, and under, until you hit South America.
South America is the pseudo-Africa look-alike.
