Are there any good websites to download anime? Any websites are fine as long as they have a good amount of GOOD anime.

If your friend uses BitTorrent, then animesuki.com is good for unlicensed stuff.
Direct DL's are generally hard to come by, at least well updated ones but you might want to look up Mr. PC, google it. Although, I would recommend using BitTorrent as a means of semi-giving back and a great joint for that would be Tokyotosho.com.
