I'm just wondering...I've been going to Sac Anime for about 2 years now, and I'm pretty excited about going to Fanime...this'll only be my 2nd major convention; the first one I went to was Anime Expo in '02...

But I didn't go to any cons between AX and the first time I went to Sac Anime in the spring of '05...
Looking at the statistics, I can say that a whole lot of people are coming from Sacramento and the surrounding areas.

I commute to Sacramento for School, so you can consider me part of Sacramento (I've always have). I'll be going to Fanime, too (obviously).

What do you mean, when am I going? Right now, Im not. Thats why I need a ride o_O
I need to be there on thursday...as early as possible. Arriving sometime between ten and noon is ideal, but if someone wants to be there REALLY early or if I cant get anyone to take me until later, I'll take what I can get. Though I'd prefer really early over really late ^_^0 (Im a volunteer and I gots work to do, dontcha know)

Amtrak your way down to Richmond if you want to catch Bart.. It's what I do if I don't get a ride..

I've been going to Sac Anime and Sac Con for about 2 years as well, but this is my first bigger con, so yeah I'll see you there
I'm right next door. Fanime was my first con, and I attend Sacanime too. But there is truely no comparison. I commute to my HS in Auburn tho, so thats gonna add another hour or so to my drive on Fri. You know what I've been dieing to do tho? Is put a sign in my back window that says "Fanime or else" XD isnt that riduculous? Im also considering driving down in cosplay since I have a meet first thing when I arrive :3

NOOOo. There's pollen there too?! UGH. I go to ARC currently. My first year. I'm transferring to UC Davis next year. (Yeah, I was a lazy bum in High School so I have to make up for it by attending community college for two years. xD)

SCC does have an anime club, but it's not as functional as the ones at CRC or ARC...in fact, I'm more connected to the CRC anime club than I am to the SCC one

I haven't attended the Davis Anime Club since about 2002 or 2003, but when I was there, there were maybe about 25 people who were there watching anime. There were two nights, a shoujo night and a shounen night. I could only attend the shoujo night due to my work schedule, so there may have been more people at shounen night.
