Title: Gilles Poitras - Anime for the 12-under set on Saturday morning
Post by: trupastilla on January 13, 2008, 09:16:43 PM
I hope to see Gilles Poitras again . . . very interesting and knowledgable character.

"Parents' Guide to Anime" in 2006 was good; I'd like to see it offered again on a Saturday morning.

Maybe some anime appropriate for younger children running in the mornings, too?  It's always good to have things for the younger fans and for their parents.

I would love to be there again.

I've done the Anime for Parents panel since the Red Lion days.

I even created a series of web pages related to it, Anime (and Manga) for Parents (and Other Grownups).

I haven't heard if Famine wants me again this year, I may contact them about doing a couple of panels anyway if they can schedule them on the same day so I can take BART down from Oakland and do them.

Giles, we'd love to have you back again! I'd especially love to schedule you for some panels.  ;) I shall have to poke someone about getting in touch with you.

Done. I'll drop you a note in the morning. Or tonight when I stop at home before running off to Taiko class!  :D
