I originally made the reservation for 2 people, as I knew for sure the two that were going. Now we may have two more. I know that the rate was the same for 4 people in a two bed room as for 2, so is there a way I can add the other two in? I'm afraid that if I click for changing the reservation I'll lose the one I have, and the way rooms have sold out so quickly I really don't want to lose it. Or should I just tell the Crowne Plaza people when the Con comes around?
You should definitely contact the Crowne Plaza to see what they can do for you as soon as possible.
Don't tell them when the con comes around because by then, you may be out of luck for your two friends.

You don't need to do anything..when you check in they'll ask how many keys you want, just say four. At least that is how I've always done it when the rate is the same like that.
If nothing else just call the hotel if you think it is a big deal.
