That's right, the Hotel Montgomery is open for booking, we got a contract with them last night and it's up on the web site.
They are located next to the Fairmont, but closer to the convention center.
They have a very limited number of rooms, it's an older hotel, but the staff is very helpful and is looking forward to service the FanimeCon members.

Montgomery seems so out of the way and hidden, but I guess that's what makes it unique.
Ooh, it looks really pretty.
It's got no hot tub though so I think I'll stick with the Hilton ;P
I'm willing to bet it's all non-smoking too, heh.
I had friends stay there during FanimeCon and non-FanimeCon weekends and they told me that it wasn't a bad hotel. I think they might actually prefer it over Hilton *shrugs*
