Just windering where i can find the form for volunteering for fanime online
help appreciated ^_^
The last time I looked, the volunteering form was very short. Just your name, your badge number, what allergies you have, and what medications you take. If you're healthy, it's something you can write down in few seconds when you get to the volunteer room.
If you're a minor, then there's a form at http://www.fanime.com/file_download/24/FanimeCon_2008_waiver.pdf that you need to have your parents sign and bring with you to the convention.
As far as I know, we don't have a form online right now. You register for volunteering at the con. just fill out a paper and get a minor form signed if you are a minor. then you are good to go.
