All in good humor, I hope.

I.... have no idea what I just saw.

It means your lover said no to you, but you interpreted it as yes.
You know how some guys don't realize a lady's rejecting them even when they say no, right?
Like in Pride and Prejudice, Elizabeth rejects Mr. Collins (I think that's his name), but he doesn't realize it because he's too full of himself.
I mean this as a joke though, so don't take it harshly.

I'm not. I actually thought it was just some random thing, not a bit about me, after reading it.

The topic name should've been a huge hint. ^_^

Those are some random ass comic strips btw. :P

I don't know which is worse; the joke itself or a guy trying to explain said joke.

Sorry, until I see that you're genuinely more mature than you were when you posted about your ex, you aren't getting much out of me.

It's not to bash on you as much as it is to point out the fact that you have a lot about yourself to improve as a person.  Also, I agree you're not ready for "engagement", but I'll leave that to you to learn. ^_~

EDIT::

No, any active attempt to prove your maturity is an act of insecurity of your own self-worth.  Please don't attempt to show me you're mature, I'll see it when it's there.

Well, la-di-da, I'm so glad the great ones decide to pass judgement on my relationships. Here's a funny thing for you to think on:
It's between me and her. Your smug attitude about me proves that you're a judgemental asshole. Note I'm not commenting on your maturity, I'm stating a fact I've learned from all your posts in regard to me.

And before you pull this bullshit "you want respect you must earn it", the fact of respect is that if you want it, you give it.

I could go on, but I seriously see little point talking to you. I don't know why you keep popping up to try and make me feel less, and I don't understand how you can just stand there and try to take away from one of the happiest things to happen to me.

Well, as I said, if you want respect, you show it. And obviously, you want no respect from me, given your comments.

You might want to consider option C, you know, the quality of the readers seems pretty poor. With a title like this, how can one not see a connection? Maybe I need to spell it out and make the guy Amon? Make the girl the fiance? Yes, the joke might have been in bad taste, and I admit that I had the feeling it might be taken offensively, but I did it anyway, so there's your answer. Happy?

Wait, wait. Let me make that more clear for you.

I'm worse.

I understand the comic, just the location of the bubbles were a bit confusing.
Some seem to be pointed at her when he says it and vice versa.
But whatever, it may just be me...
I should really get back to doing homework. >.>;

What in the world is wrong with you people?  I can't imagine how you could go any lower.  You should be ashamed of yourselves.  Grow up.
