I wonder if Its possible to keep a thread uncluttered with just the listings of each gathering, and the time and place. I think this would help many.

its jumbled with comments. Its a pain to rummage through. Its not necessary to make what i was asking for, just thought it would help if such a thread was made and monitored by the mods.

Read the first post it's been updated a couple times since it was first started. The last update was on May 6th. It will probably be updated a couple more times before the May 23rd.
