They really appeal to me, but I am can't afford to pay $60 for a pair of pants. Any help would be appreciated!
Well as I own a few pairs (am wearing a pair right now) I might be able to help. First you should find the type of pants you want to modify since modifying an existing pair is much easier than making a brand new pair. Next you'll want to pick the color scheme, red, neon green, black, purple, etc nd get some heavy duty material (similar to what the pants are made from) in that color. You'll also need some chain, D rings, zippers, plus any other type of thing you'll want. Next you should mark the area where you want the chains and everything to go. I guess from here you'll need some basic knowledge of how to use a sewing machine or know how to sew by hand.
It's not that detailed, but hope it at least helps.
