Hello,

I have submitted a proposal for special performance via email in the beginning of May ( I know it was late),
A week later, I have sent PM to Ms. angeljibrille to see if the email was received.

But I had not heard any answer for any of those, so we tried to register via Masquerade page and stated special performance but it was changed to skit and status was pending. We read all the info on the page but have no idea how the system for the special performance application works...

I would really appreciate if you let us know our true status, even we were too late to apply...that case, we understand and we will try again next year with more preparations.

I know this is right before the con and all the staff people are terribly busy but would someone from masquerade office PM me or email to our registered email address on the masquerade page and let us know?
I really appreciate. ^^

Thank you.

I have a question...
Can anyone know the link to the photos that were taken masquerade back stage for the masquerade participants?

Kimu, Nightroad, Kate san and minasan,

I have tried the milk tea with 13 cubes of sugar back in 2005.

http://www.cosplay.com/photo/584703/

when I took the photo above at my friend's house.
We used the Europian style small cup so it was soooooo sweet and it was almost harmful!! So we couldn't finish it. But if you use larger cup then it will be drinkable, I hope...

We also tried to make the tea cup look like the anime Milk Tea.
it took much more than 13 cubes to make the cup look like that.
The small photo in the middle of the page is that.

Hello.

Kate san and Kimu,
Thanks for those links. They are very helpful.

And...
Nightroad, my brother,
(regarding to a couple pages back) I hear you. Me, too. cosplay/con-going is very expensive, yet I have so many cons that I want to attend. Fortunately there are 2 or 3 nice small cons, like Anime Los Angeles, close to where I live but rest of them are far.

But I will try my best to make it back to Fanime next year to see YOU ALL, again. Because you know? We couldn't make the gathering on Saturday...well, when we finished the dress rehearsal for the Masq. it was already 3pm and then we had to go back to the hotel and wear make-up and stuff then rash back to Civic Auditorium but I was looking at my watch thinking about you guys...

And I forgot to say one thing:
The sweets Kimu brought on Sunday was good.
Thank you. So, I hope to bring something myself, too next year. It is nice to have something little more than just gathering.

Hi, again.
Thanks for your kind words for us even on this forum.
I really hope that we can come back next year and I should start praying for that.

Sister Kate,
Kate sa~n, I am glad that you could find something good on my photo space.

Kimu,
Thank you for adopting me!! Mo...no, Brother.
And yes, I always wanted to take Abel gathering photo so, for that, too, I will pray that I can make a come back to be one of the Abel triplets!
However, I couldn't go to your photo page from your link. I wonder why...(T_T)// zan-nen desu...

It was my first Fanime and I don't know anything about this forum, either but can we communicate here all year around? Either case, I will be back here to enjoy your lovely chatting about Tri-Bla.
You guys are great!! I miss you~.

Hi,
We could only join you guys on Suday only. Abel and Cain.

I just wanted to say thank you to all.
We could only participate in the part of Sunday picnic gathering but we had a great time with beautiful Vatican people and a RKO Boss.

The photos we took are:

Not many of them-I hope you can enjoy, even though...

vasher,
Thanks for taking us serious and being flexible for the meeting time. I will PM you.

Kimu,
You know? My mother is very strict about anime. So I can never tell her that I cosplay. So can you adopt me?? please?? It was such an honor to meet you and looking forward to seeing two of your Abel outfits when both areĀ  done.

See you all, again.

So then no reservation/appointment necessary for dress rehearsal?
We will just show up then?

Exactly.

QuoteAlso about the rehearsal area aside of dress rehearsal, do we just show up and get to rehearse there as well?

This will be my first Fanime and I have never be in a masquerade that offers the praticipants rehearsal options beforehand. It sound Fanime is special to me already!

Yep! There's a room right next to the Masquerade registration that's basically for people to practice, hang out, work on costumes, whatever you need. There's a nice deck outside that people can use too if you need more space or want to take pictures.

angeljibrille san,

You are very kind.
Thank you for answering all the questions.
Also thanks for taking your time and answering my PM even after you answered all the questions via this thread.
Sorry that I made mistake writing posting-I am not good at posting really...

It seems like a very participants friendly nice Masquerade. I can sense the fun and excitement.
I am so glad that I decided to participate at the very first time in Fanime.
I can't wait to see you!!

If you come to rehearsal, you will get to try out your skit on the stage at least 1 time. We generally try to give everyone at least 2 runs through.

aw angeljibrille san,
my email has returned back to me and my PM hasn't been answered for 10 days.
I have 2 questions.

For the optional rehearsal on Saturday, you have mentioned:
"We reserve the first 10 spots for those with large costumes"
What is the quolification of the "large costumes?"

We are driving long hours from S. California to Fanime on Friday and register later on that day. Do we still get a spot to rehearse in the optional reheasal time with audio/lighting on Saturday?

How do I register my on/off stage ninjas in the masq. registration page?

Thank you.

Question regarding to:

>STEP 2: Log In and Edit your FanimeCon Masquerade Registration
>Add members, change members, change your entire skit.

I didn't see any spot to write down about SKIT itself...where is it?
Is there a place to write down the script?
I only sew and filled the contestant members, special needs, light and music.

Thank you.

Regarding to the very first post of this thread:

- Online Signups open on April 1, 2008, @ midnight.

Is this still on? I don't see any updates on the main Fanime site and now March 31...

Hmm, if it's too hard for everybody to make one of the gatherings, maybe we could have an 'official' gathering on Sat and a more casual gathering Sunday afternoon?

If we can have Sat and then Sun (as casual, as the 2nd shoot...) it will be nice!!
My Sunday is wide open all day at this moment^^

Hi.
First time posting here in Fanime Forum and first time attending Fanime.
And I found out about this gathering today...uu.

Looks like there will be a very exciting TB gathering in Fanime!

And..I am just wondering if the gathering could move to Sunday...
I know everyone has been discussing about this already and it may be too late to do anything at this moment but I though it won't hurt just to ask...
Or we will try to make this gathering on Saturday but it looks very very hard at this moment.
