I ship from San Diego, California. I prefer to use Priory mail flat rate boxes since they usually arrive in two days and I've never lost a package using it. But if cost is an issue I'll work with you on using the cheapest shipping method available.

All costumes will arrive to you FRESHLY CLEANED either by washing machine or dry cleaning depending on the material. I can't stand buying a costume or item of clothing and it arrives smelling like storage or worse. So I would never do that to anyone else.

Please don't be shy to make offers ask questions request more photos or anything. Like I said I'm desperate to move these items as soon as possible! I need the space in my studio and I also could really use the money to fund the fabric for my next cosplay!

Wait, my friend and I might go as geothebio's doodles of Sherlock and John instead of the Empty Child and the TARDIS. Also, I attempted to make a small Sherlock gathering on Facebook but it appears that it is not as getting as much publicity as I hoped for. Is it okay if I can piggyback the Sherlock gathering with this gathering? I can change the event into a SuperWhoLock gathering if you'd like.

Ah very good, Saturday I do have another gathering to attend but if you like we can exchange some form of contact information, DA/AIM or such. In case we cannot attend the gathering, I'm 99.99% I'll be in Sherlock at the swap meet on Thursday.

Friday morning 8:00am eh! Steve will be sleeping, thats for sure.

I'll either be drinking my first cup of Umbrella Brand Coffee or passed out on my lab notes.

I know we're picking up our badges on Thursday so we wont have to worry about that whole line thingi.

I think most of Friday I'll be cosplaying Franziska VonKarma from Phoenix Wright, until the bar gathering when I'm changing. So if you see a Franziska with a Miles it's most likely Steve and I.

If you see a Riza Hawkeye in a way to small miniskirt with a Mustang that is most asuredly myself and stevie.

Well the panel starts at 3:00pm, so we need to be there prior to that to get seats, etc.

How about we meet outside the panel room at 2:30pm? It is in Panel Room 2-San Carlos (H) (which I assume means Hilton?) We're staying in the Marriott ourselves...

Oh, he actually has another panel on Saturday it turns out. 4pm Panel room 2 If people want to get together for that as well. :)

Hey guys,

They just put out the Official Schedule of Events.

This gathering is set to be held at the exact same time as Richard Waugh's pannel "Beyond Wesker" (May 25th, 2008 @ 3:00pm).

Usually I wouldn't think of suggesting changing the time so close to the event. But given that this is Waugh's only pannel, and most likely quite a few of the Resident Evil Cosplayer's will be attending the pannel to increase the amount of people attending the gathering perhaps holding it in accordance with the pannel. For example we all meet up, go to the pannel, photoshoot after?

Plus it would be pretty cool to take over a corner of the room with Resident Evil Cosplayers Ya?
