Sorry, I'm kind of confused. Are we supposed to wait for a confirmation and then send the music file or do we have to send the music file before we receive a confirmation?

The  pre-Masquerade meeting is listed as being on May 25th @ 12noon. Is that correct? It seems to be on Monday, which is after the masquerade?

It would be nice if we could at least know what's going on ... :(
