My friend lives in England and is coming to visit me in California during the week before/of Fanime. She wants to register (and has) but doesn't know how to pay since it's in US dollars.

Does the registration take the correct amount of dollars out of her account, even though her country uses Sterling Pounds?

Please let me know so I can let her know what to do! Thanks! :)

I'm sorry if there's already a post about this, but does anyone know what day the masquerade and/or the black and white ball will be? I'd like to go to both, or at least the masquerade, and until I know the day, I can't register for my hotel.

I've only been to one Fanime so forgive me for the question ^^' I was wondering what day the contest is on... I'd like to dress up as Yuki from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya that day so me and my friends can do a skit plus the dance... but I need to know what day it is! Please let me know *bows* :D
