Yeah, they're selling out quick. o.O; Only place I saw Genshiken 9 was at the Barnes and Noble in the Pruneyard (Campbell area); I went to Kinokuniya the other day and they didn't have tankoubon 7-9 in stock.
Woah, seriously? o.0
I went to the B&N website and they're not selling it until like, November or something.

The story of our lives...

That and anything done by [ebifurai]
I just read up to volume 8 of Genshiken a few days ago... Pretty funny stuff. ^^

Soi Fong from Bleach, maybe I'll reuse my Yuna from FFX, and possibly do another one. ^^

Fructose and Sucrose- XELLOSS AND VALGAVV?! OH EM GEE! Expect major glompage [with permission, of course] if and when I find you next year. :3

Hmm, I may be Soi Fong, but it depends on what other options I have. So far, it's a pretty good chance. ^^

Quote from: "Krnchichiri"Did anyone get a picture of any of the Tuxedo Kamen [Mask]?
Also, the Ninja? He was shirtless and wore white pants... and if you have him in a picture where he's raving, that would be really awesome. ^^
Oh, and any pictures of me would be nice. I was a really short, FFX Yuna on Friday and Saturday... and I had green hair/bangs. ^^;;

FinalShadows- I didn't meet you, but I saw you around a lot during the con. o.0

Keys- Geeze, most students didn't even have any ID or... wallet on them. o.0 I doubt that they'd bring a stapler.

And shame shame to the staffer who didn't staple. :/
I was wondering why people were coming down to Reg. to ask to staple their badges...

I think it would depend on some departments. Like, if you got accepted to a department, you might want to contact your head and ask if it would be okay.

I think that Registration wouldn't mind, but I'm not so sure about other departments. :/

I'm staffing, yet again for Registration. ^^
Funfun.

^^ It was my first time cosplaying, too... and it was really fun. People asked for pictures despite my total inaccuracy with my Character [Yuna the Summoner]. I had green hair in a ponytail, and no staff, didn't wear boots... but despite that, I was pretty popular on Friday and somewhat Saturday.

Most def, I will be cosplaying as Yuna, but more accurately, as well as a different character.

Ditto with a kind of sketchy guy. I didn't get his age, but he kept trying to dance with me and asked me where I was going often. @.@ For two nights in a row. >.>;;

But otherwise, I LOVED it! I loved how people were asking others for dances. ^^ That was so fun.

Staff & Volunteers / I wanted to thank the staff

I read it. ^^

I love all the staff lovers. ^^ They're awesome.

^^  I really enjoyed the ball, and am hoping for it next year... I liked how people were asking others for dances, but I was hoping to see more Tuxedo Kamen. T_T I only saw one [my friend rejected him for a dance, too! How sad is that?!?!]... but I didn't know that it still wasn't a masquerade ball, but just a ball.

It was awesome how people were also dressed, too. ^^

Gah, I'm sorry!

It was like, my second day registering people there.. and I'm totally serious. It's really hard to register people fast if their handwriting is horrible- I'm serious. It took me about 10 minutes to register this couple whose slips were chicken scratches and it really looked like it. I had to keep their IDs to copy down their information, I couldn't use their slips. The only word I could read was "Krystal" and that was just due to seeing letters "k", "ys", "l". It was... depressing. Tip #1: if your neighbor in line can't read your registration slip, don't give it to staff. It'll take WAY longer to register. And take out your I.D. before you go to a booth... and take out your money/credit/check.

But I digress. We try our best to be faster, but sometimes we just can't help it. >.<

Our stay was pretty good, although I personally didn't check out/in.
My friend lost her camera charger in the room, which was kinda odd, but it's true. My other room mate as well as myself did not take it... :/

The storage for bag service was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. I had two loose posters sticking out of my backpack a foot and a half or so, and it came back nicely and wasn't lost or damaged [although one of them was damaged probably when I bought them. D:]

I'd rate it pretty high, but I hate numbers, so... xP

I would actually want to have a copy, too. [As well as an already printed out schedule for a little memory thing, I should have swiped one when I was working....]

How about at the website, just have a little box next to the online guide with the button to add in their address if they want the 2007 mailed to their house?

A quite a number of people who came by to register looked disappointed at the little grab bags when we gave it to them. "Where are the little program guide thingies?" they would ask.
We would respond "we don't have them" and they would look all sad and go upstairs. T_T

Registration / Registering at the door D:

^^ The earlier, generally the better. Since it's a Saturday, and one of the most popular days, I'm not so sure. I'd still think maybe... a long while?
I'd get there at maybe 7:30 AM and wait in line.
