^ Lol. That song always reminds me of my sister's friend who had openly expressed in front of me and my sister's other friends that she would like to "jump my bones." XD

A few more don'ts:
Don't vandalize property that does not belong to you and don't harm other attendees. Also, don't put yourself in harm's way, be aware of the things going on around you. If you see anything wrong, let a FanimeCon staff, security, or hotel staff know. One more thing, the convention center is a very busy place both inside and out, during FanimeCon. The vehicle traffic can get heavy outside, and foot traffic is can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. Please, if you do take pictures, avoid stopping for a photo op in the middle of a street, walk way, or in front of a door. To most people it's common sense, but I know excitement can get the best of us.

those sound like good dos and donts. however i do have a few questions myself

which company or gameplace runs the tournaments? i used to play professional video games at one point in my life. so i played alot of mlg and hype rules.

what kind of arcade cabs are there? i.e para para paradise, initial d, max tune, ddr

what kind of food is located within at least a 3 block radius?

is there a jack in the crack aka jack in the box?

how many gallons of water is needed?

are the night dances any good?

has the sea banana ever attended aka seananners

and what are the rules and regulations on big giant weapons?
The Dances often have DJs rotating every hour. Their styles and preference for genres might differ from one to the other. Personally, I find the dances enjoyable, but best when I'm not hearing songs from  Billboard's Top 100. On another note, food, drinks, and chemical glow sticks, necklaces, or bracelets are not allowed inside the dance.

I would recommend getting about 3/4 gallon throughout the day. There are water fountains nearby the restrooms all along the concourse. I recommend bringing a water bottle and filling up and taking it wherever. I often go through ten 16 oz bottles a day, each day.

I had a really fun Halloween, as of late. I never expected to find a Vocaloid Cosplayer in this small city of mine, but I did! A Kaito crossplayer! Oh, of all the luck! I was going to wear mine too, but alas, I did not. OTL

^ Not so much. Most of my friends are having an anime fall-out. I recently had one and just got back in after watching "Another." Gorey stuff right there. Reminds me a lot of School Days. Lol. Speaking of which, I just heard recently, "The game is much better than the Anime." XD
< Does not like Pokemon.
> I've been falling behind on my anime since Anime Expo and recently got back into it. I just finished watching Mawaru Penguindrum and at first I thought it was uninteresting with transformation sequences episode after episode but as the characters grew it became pretty suspenseful, and the iconic penguins interacting in the background were welcoming signs of comic relief. At one point, while at work, I could only ponder what was going to happen next. I had never felt such discord and anticipation since watching School Days.
v What anime you have seen, has influenced you the most?

How's it going everyone! It's been a while. Man, I miss it here and I especially miss FanimeCon! It should be an interesting con with all the ongoing construction. Has anyone here, other than me, gone by to look at SJCC yet?

I think fanime should have a complete Rover revamp. They should recruit complete fresh faces for 2013 cause having the same Rovers over and over will seriously add frustration to many attendees eventually. Try to accept more new applicants than favoring returnees? :D
The problem with having completely all new Rovers every year is that they are inexperienced and cannot identify problems nor handle a problem as well as a veteran would. Although, every Rover is taught a necessary set of skills and guidelines. It's not always that they get them down the first time or before the convention. Those skills and guidelines are like nutrients for a small sapling of a Rover until he/she becomes as strong as a mighty oak that can withstand the harsh winds of discord. We accept new applicants every year, many who already have some experience with us through the Volunteers department, a few through actual frustration at Rovers, and some just because they want to see the works of a convention. Rovers have also begun recruiting for next year already if anyone feels that they can make a change and like helping people, sign up please. :)
