I think Friday or Monday would actually work better for our group = v =
If it's on Friday though, I would suggest having it later in the afternoon, so some people who get out of school late can still attend.

Hi! We were actually at last year's gathering, and we were planning on showing up again this year if there is a gathering~
I'll be cosplaying as Rhyme, and we'll have a Shiki, Joshua, and maybe Sho in our group :)
