I must, regrettably, inform the Valve gathering people that I will not be making it to Fanime this year. While I'm not the most accurate Freeman, I hope to have, by next year, some sort of HEV Suit. I apologize to those who were looking forward to seeing a Freeman of any kind and apologize for any inconvenience I may have caused.  :(

Lol, sorry! I added you from the tf2chan forums onto my list. I hope that is ok!?
Yeah, that's no problem. I'm not actually a tf2chan regular, but I was posted there after Anime Expo. I just happened to visit there that one day and discuss how the "Valve" meet went at last Fanime. Abeit, it was my first attempt at Freeman, so I can imagine why they wouldn't have wanted me in any of the pictures  :P

Awww... you were the one with the electronic Crowbar right?
Haha, that old Superman bendable crowbar? Oh man, so old hat. I've recently upgraded!

Half-Life-
MrFreeman(TF2chan)-Gordon Freeman
I have no idea when I was added to this and am not sure why I was not made aware, but I'm glad I'm on it!  ;D

I'm definately not going to have the HEV Suit, as I had promised last year. I will not debut it until I feel it does Freeman 100% justice. Employee of the Month Freeman will be making his NorCal debut. However, I am unsure the Gravity Gun can make it. I'd have to ship it up to NorCal, because I would not trust it on a flight.

Ideas and Suggestions / Re: DO NOT WANT

My ConFood Survial Guide:

  • Bottled Water: Depending on how many people you have, it's a necessity. You need to remain hydrated, and you can carry it out of the hotel with you, and if you wish, refill it at a drinking fountain.

  • Instant Energy Drink Mix: Shove this into one of your bottled waters, and you don't need to waste all that money on the equivalent of 20 Red Bulls. This is completely optional, but a necessity for me.
  • Bagels: One or two in the morning, and it's possibly the most filling thing there is for breakfast. A little peanut butter can be added for nutrition, and they can be healthier when toasted, but these can keep me going for the first few hours I'm awake just fine
  • Ramen: Unless you have your own bowl and silverware, Instant Lunch is about the only thing you've got. I'm not picky, and can use hot tap water out of the bathroom, now if that makes you shudder, keep in mind most hotel rooms have some sort of coffee thing, in which you can just heat that tap water. You're also not trying to impress anyone, so I suggest using plastic disposable forks over disposable wooden chopsticks, but use whichever you have cheapest access to.
  • Slim Fast: I don't recommend this for everyone. The store I went to was out of the other drink called "Ensure" which I normally use. These are very rich in nutrients and can tame your hunger for a while, but I recommend combining it with a sold, like a bagel, granola bar, or fruit snack. These are great to nab before you know you're not going to be able to get into your hotel room for a while. Or if you have a place to store it, take it with you for a quick chug while waiting in line for something.
  • Power Bar or other nutrition bar: They cost a little more, but believe me, these things can help you get all around whatever convention center you're going to, including San Diego. They're small enough to be carried with you in a sock or what have you if you don't have pockets, and they don't melt (the Power Bars don't anyway). Great for snacking in the con, but be warned, they can be a bit sticky, so eat carefully, and you may want some water after one.

The food pictured fed two people for three days at Fanime and cost less than $40, there's even some stuff left over. The notepad and pens were for exchanging contact info, which I always recommend people having when they meet someone cool.

All Weekend:
Gordon Freeman
Sunday Night
Pervy/Silly Freeman

I really don't have any other look, and I know quite a few pics were snapped of me.

If you remember having your picture taken with me, feel free to contact me and I will see if I have your picture. I'm weary of sharing an entire gallery at this point.

Wow! You're lucky! First google result for "Gordon Freeman"+"Fanime"! Who were you again? Sorry I can't tell who you are just by the username. I'm flattered you want the picture so badly, haha!

EDIT: Ahha, I should have guessed. I googled around a bit, and I think I know who this is now. Sorry I haven't been able to email you yet. I was going to get around to it, but as I had mentioned before, my laptop died on the drive up to Fanime. I've managed to get this really old computer working and have finally managed to get the pictures from my camera onto this. I'm also dealing with unpacking and recovering from the long San Jose drive. Should I send the pictures to the email you wrote on my notepad or the one you have here on the forums?
