I got a question, since we I can't use DeDx on my computer, is there any other way to find out what vocal dampening does to my music?

The "Thank you for signing up" is not a guarantee that you are accepted into the contest- all it does is confirm that whatever you wrote was entered in the contestant database. Then I go through and take the first 40 valid entries.

Two entries were rejected due to no address. They'll need to sign up again. Everyone else looks okay so far, though I haven't fully verified all the song titles yet.

So that means I'm in. You have to personally verify all the songs though?

Are we allowed to add our own material in the song as long as it doesn't screw up the original lyrics?

Because, I can't help but do some narration!

Yes, as long as they are well-known songs and not just something you made yourself using the Vocaloid software.
