Do you have room for a Pyramid Head?

Making the Great Knife for a cosplay. I'm using a large 2x4 as a core and planning on using foam to make the blade. Just wondering if that is okay, for peace bounding.

As long as you buy your ticket about 14 days ahead of time, round-trip, $252 US dollars. At least from my neck of the woods. Have him check online.

And a plane ticket cost around $500. Train about $300, but its a 3 day trip and you have to pay for a sleeper-car (anywhere from $500- over $1,000 per train).

Need tips and points on how to make the helmet for Pyramid-Head. It has to be light and collapsible, taking a plane from VA so I need it to be able to fight in my luggage. 

This whole thing is a, "Gasp, they are showing SKIN! WILL SOMEONE THINK OF THE CHILDREN!!!" BS that just p*sses me right the frak off.

What is wrong with the human form? Why do kids need to be protected from seeing what they already have and see every time they, the kids, shower?
