I only saw one for the Inu-Yasha movie.  I auditioned for both the male and female parts.  I was mainly hanging out at the FUNimation booth, pimping stuff for them.  They said when audition starts again for FMA casting, they'll email me.  I'd like to try out for the voice of Envy  ^__^  I'm completely obsessed with him.

I definitely agree!  Last year's Fanime, I was at my artist alley table and I happened to look up as man-faye was bending over right in front of me with his arse in my face @_@  I was emotionally disturbed for days...

Personally, I'd like to see a Gluttony cosplayer.  Gluttony just amuses me so much.  Or an accurate Wrath cosplayer, because he's just the cutest little thing ever!

My only regret is they hardly have any pictures of the stuff on those web sites...  but it doesn't sound that hard to use.  

I don't think I'd even bother with plexi-glass...  Thought about making Clover wings with it once, but the designs didn't pan out.

We've never had to do anything like armor before ^__^  The most extreme thing I've made was probably my 6ft spatula for Ukyo...  and our Ed's biggest project was probably Hikaru's (Angelic Layer) headband thing complete with the dangly bulb ends...  we were going to put LEDs in them so they light up XD

Thermoplastic, eh?  I'll have to look into that!  Thanks ^__^  Some friends of mine were actually thinking vacuum-molding.  (to be honest, they won't stop talking about it and it's getting a bit tiring now XD)  I'm not sure how well vacuum-molding would work though.

Sure thing!  I'm still in the process of gathering interest (it'll probably not be worth it if only a handful of people would buy) so when I get a prototype done, I'll let you know ^__^  I'm also making Ed coats and maybe even his belt.
