If I can get my Noel cosplay finished in time ill come, but it probably wont be finished until SacAnime summer... :P

I know a lot of conventions do, but FanimeCon isnt one of them sadly... :/

I finished my Madara cosplay armor and everything in time for SacAnime so I'll be bringing it with me for Fanime! Can't wait to cosplay with everyone!  ;)

I will hopefully be there~
I'm not sure who I will be going as yet, but most likely Uchiha Madara(Pre-Konoha).. But I have to see if I can get the money for materials and stuff.


Also, with all the new construction it might be cool to have the gathering in the front sometime like Friday or Saturday?
Last years area got a bit crowded and it can only get more crowded. -.-'

Well I live about 2+ hours away and my parents are going to drive me down.
In fact this year they are getting me a hotel room and leaving me and some friend there for the whole weekend!
I guess after so a handful of conventions they're tired of going. X3



It really depends on your parents. As Fanime is only days away you probably wont be able to go since you gave them no warning.
I tell my parents months ahead of time that I want to go to Con so that they have time to prepare(since usually they come with me) and save money for gas.


I'd just explain to them what it is(if they dot already know) and tell them what it would mean to you if they let you go.
Tell them your plans for the day and who you'll be with. If you have kind and understanding parents they may just let you go.

He does fine at conventions and large crowds of people, it's being in the small hotel room with people that bothers him.
I'm pretty sure he just gets anxiety because the people in the room are more likely to talk to him and make conversation, rather than walking the halls of a convention where people might ask for a picture then be on their way.

I'm pretty sure I've figured out what to do, but thank you everyone who gave me advice. ^-^

So anyways, I'm bringing my partner to his first Fanime(been to other conventions) and we have to share a room with some people... So now he is rethinking coming with me(He gets anxiety around people when we're in close quarters like that), but I really want him to go or I'll be all by myself and he'll regret not going with me like he did last year!!! >.<

So I have a double bedded room at the Fairmont for like $115 or something.
I was wondering if I should get two hotel rooms(has to be a cheap hotel, still has to be close), or should I just hope that he comes along?

I tight on money so I'm not sure if getting two hotels(even if there cheaper) is a good idea.. I still need food, my badge, and to have money for gas and stuff when I go home..


Any suggestions for me? Thank you~

That's when my only other gathering is.(It's the Naruto gathering).

If you make the Gathering on Sunday, please give time for cosplayers to go back to their hotels and change from cosplay to cosplay!!!! >.<'

Is this just a meet up thing? Or a cosplay meet up thing?

I asked about this a week or so ago and no one replied. But I called it Zombies instead... Guess there wont be any dead people around... T^T

They should seriously build another fountain somewhere else though,  it was really beautiful.  I guess the problem might have been people playing in it or something.  :'(

I wanted to see the fountain so badly~ But my first Fanime was last year and it had already been filled up with dirt and plants.. T^T So disappointing...

I wish we could all like send in suggestions for a new fountain or something.. -.-'

I was thinking that the photos should be more like this maybe?
But if you don't like any of these, at least make the group photo last?
I never like when group photo's come first, because sometimes people show up a little later and they don't get it.

Some things have come up and I don't think I'll be able to do Young Kakashi this Fanime.. T^T (Probably take him to Sac-Anime though!)

So I'll either be going as Sexy Jutsu Naruto with Kokirisuki as my Sexy Jutsu Sasuke...
Or I'll be Menma from Road to Ninja and Kokirisuki will be my Road to Ninja Sasuke.
(I'll have him come post what cosplay he'll be wearing once we make our final decision! ^-^)

Anyone doing any kind of Zombie cosplays?
Zombie, Zombie hunter, Zombies enthusiast, or just a Zombie like creature?

I'm just wondering, because I'll be cosplaying as a characters from Call Of Duty; Black Ops 2: Tranzit!
I know there are plenty of different animes, mangas, videos games, etc. that have to do with zombies and it'd be awesome to get them all together for a gathering/photo-shoot!

So let me know if there is anyone else out there, I'd hate to be a zombie killer with any zombies to kill.. T^T
