4chan gave birth to all the best memes ever. No one is aloud to badmouth 4chan or say it has nothing to offer if they have ever said "ORLY"/"YARLY" or even chuckled at it, because that was a 4chan creation. :) 4chan is a lot of good fun, some con last year(THE NAME ESCAPES ME) had a 4chan panel, which is more of a meeting sort of thing of fellow 4channers to go to. It's not like it would be an informative panel really, more like a meeting to be silly and meet other pervy 4chan go-ers.

It's been a while since I was knowledgable about the whole fanime thing, so I don't remember if meetups were something completely seperate from panels. A meetup is what I'm talking about, but 4chan really has nothing to share as a panel other than "donate2 4chan, moar /s/ 4 u". If moot and other 4channers would be willing to come, it would be a neat meetup.

For the fashion show, include costumes as well, not just original things people come up with. I personally don't want to enter Der Cosplay, but if there were a runway esque show that was not competative, I would definitely strut my stuff down the runway for an event. A sort of yay for everyone, no prizes thing would be really neat. Or instead of no prizes, prizes for everyone? I say leave the judging to Der Cosplay and give everyone cheap prizes for the runway show. It would more be a costume show-off event for those of us who don't want to participate in a huge event. With how Stage Zero sounds like it will be set up, you could do several runway events throughout the day, where sign up is 'on the spot'. That way, people could strut multiple costumes at different times, or just walk in whenever is convenient for them to do their walk.

That's what I think at least, for this event. :) I personally have no interest in cosplay chess, but I am sure a number of people would. Cosplay DDR sounds fun, but it also sounds dangerous. If Cosplay DDR were ever put in, you would definitely have to have limits on who is allowed to participate, so no one gets hurt and all that.

Seems like there's a couple other RO cosplayers already. I'll be doing a dancer from RO one of the days, maybe two days. :P

I just hope I can find a gold bikini that fits  :shock:

I had one of those badges, Suspicious. It was a fun and cute idea the year that we had those(I honestly forget what year, though), but it is work for you to do. A new design with the year of the convention this time would be awesome, and I'm sure other forum members would help with it. If you are willing, possibly a sign up would be a good idea.

CompUSA around here sells the drink. Specifically, the one in downtown San Francisco on Market, and the one in South San Francisco across the street from Tanforan. I've never had it, but those are two CompUSAs I've seen it at . That would be my best guess of where to get it.

The whole bar idea sounds need but too far out there, unfortunately. :(
