I will be happy with any idol soloist or idol groups as guests, but it wouldn't hurt to ask for Shoko Nakagawa, You Kikkawa, Denpagumi.inc, or PASSPO.

Adding a second post because I came up with more idol suggestions that I'd love to see:

PASSPO*
palet
predia

I just watched a live DVD of PASSPO*'s and they're great live so I feel like a concert of theirs would be great to attend. palet and predia are their sister groups (aka they're all from the same agency Platinum Passport) and would be cool to see too.

I'd really really really love to see an idol act or two come to Fanime! My favourite idol group is AKB48, but I don't see that happening, so:

*Shoko Nakagawa. she's a hardcore otaku-type of idol and she sings a lot of themes for anime. She's already been to Anime Expo 2008, but it wouldn't hurt for her to come to the States again.

*9nine is also a good idol group and they also contribute to anime soundtracks and such.

*Nogizaka46 is related to AKB48, but they have a couple of anime theme songs and they're really good!

*any Hello!Project group, but especially Juice=Juice

For non-idol acts, I'd really love to see Miho Fukuhara (who's contributed to a couple of anime soundtracks), PUFFY (Puffy AmiYumi in the US), ONE OK ROCK, and Nami Tamaki.

access (AXS) - They've been around forever (20 years this year), still have quite a strong fanbase, and they contributed "Doubt & Trust" to the D.Gray-Man anime, and "Hitomi no Tsubasa" to Code Geass. Daisuke Asakura, the founder, is also the producer and founder of T.M.Revolution, and he also composed for the Gravitation TV anime.

Fukuhara Miho - She's relatively well-known in Japan, and she did "LET IT OUT" for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

alan - She's quite popular in Japan, and she did "Diamond" for Inuyasha: The Final Act, and "Over the clouds" to the PSP game GOD EATER.
