For me, the biggest issue was the schedules. Probably due to my expectations, the last two years we got the little booklet schedules that were easy to carry around and very convenient. So I expected the same this year.

Three+ years ago, getting schedules from the con was always iffy, so I use to make my own mini-schedules to carry with me, I think I'll be starting this practice up again next year.

Though one positive about not having schedules, is I found myself walking around more than usual, mainly to check out what was going on in the different rooms. But it gave me a chance to also check out the cosplay stuff and what not, so I still had fun either way.

What's the max number of tags the 3DS will hold?

I live in San Francisco and I have yet to get any Streetpass action, but I have just been to work, and I doubt there are any 3DSs here >.>

Probably when I go out or something I'll find some people. But yeah, I'm thinking Fanime will overload my 3DS since half the people there usually have a DS system.

I'll be there with my 3DS.

I went last year. It's definately bigger and more industry, and yes, there are no fansubs there. It was annoying that there were no marathons to go to, everything was 2 episodes here and there. And they had two halls dedicated to lines, one for the registration, and one for live events. I went to AMVs and the Masquerade and spent at least a couple hours in each in line, well, not including the lines to get the tickets, yeah, honestly I'm not looking forward to that again.

It was great to see the guests they were able to being out, though I did miss Clamp since I came in a little late. It's definately worth it to check out, but I can't see myself going every year. Also programing stops at midnight and starts again around 6am I believe, that sucked, expecially since my only other con experience was fanime which runs 24 hours a day.

Oh, the cosplay was awesome as well, I guess with more people you get to see a lot more cosplay, there were a ton of Shinigami from bleach, there was this one girl who cosplayed the Xenosaga girl with a bike, looked awesome.

You're basically trading waiting in long lines, no marathons, and nothing to do after midnight, for bigger name guests and a lot more people.

Well, this was my 3rd Fanime and the first time at Musicfest, mainly because I didn't know about it the last 2 years.

I really had a blast, the bands where great and I bought all their cds, except for Miami, because I couldn't find them. But it was great fun. I also thought more would show up, but I just figured it was normal since there is a lot going on at Fanime. I can't wait to see what they bring out next year.

Oh yeah, Mothercoat rocks.

I got it a while ago, I'll have it with me at Fanime, and be checking it every now and then to see if anyone nearby is playing.

Yeah, the only place I really found was Peggy Sue's which is a couple blocks away from the Convention center. Though they close around 8 or something.

I'll have my DS with Mario Kart and Animal Crossing, and maybe some others depending on what comes out.

Fighting anime, like Dragonball, Naruto, One Piece and Bleach. Sure they may take a while to get to the fights, but the build up makes it all that much better.

It ended, and I had to go back to work the next day.
