I'm going to be cosplaying as Chris Redfield from resident evil code veronica, and I have a spring air soft pistol that has been disabled and stripped of all internal parts that would allow it to chamber and fire a projectile. Is it possible to get that peace bonded?

And you should be able to change your button settings.  I fail to see why you shouldn't.   :P

I've played in tourneys where they required you to play on default only and would DQ you if you changed the settings.

Was it because of "time restraints?"

Regardless, we (eGaming) want players to play at their best.

It was less for time constraints and more about being fair to all competitors.

Is this a 2v2 tourney or a 4v4?
the original forum posting and facebook listing list it as a 4v4 but this post has the tourney listed as a 2v2

Also will we be allowed to change the controller settings? for example change controller button layout  and look sensitivity.
Or will we need to play on default button layout with default sensitivity?
