i have a question. i am on the list, but i never get invited to gatherings. i know that it is not because you guys only have them when i am not online, becuase i am always online, unless i am at my dad's house, and i doubt you guys only ahve gatherings when i happen to be there. so why is this? am i just forgotten about, or doyou guys hate me? XD

For a four day convention, you generally only stay for 3 hotel days.  It is assumed that you'll just leave your bags at the hotel for a few hours before check-in.

I've never seen it either.  That's just what I've been told.  Whatever though... I'll either go to CompUSA on my way to Fanime, or I'll find the 2 closest 7-11s to Fanime and go during the weekend.

Once I was able to completely ignore the fact that that's not how you play tennis, I grew to like PoT.  That reminds me that I need to ask someone what volume the anime ends at so I can continue with it.

Ah yeah... I forgot about Thursday.  Maybe it's just because I could just drive an hour and half there and then an hour and a half back if I wanted to.  I enjoy driving as long as it isn't four separate days in a row for that length.

Dude... despite our different approaches with women, I think I like you now.  The mere mention of DoDonPachi makes you okay in my book.  As does Cave.

What I was saying is that you could reserve for four and sneak more sleepers in.  Also, if you stay for four days, you really don't need to get a room for more than three.  Since the last day is generally a shorter, crappier day, you will likely end up leaving right after.  In any case, you can leave your bags at the bell stand at a hotel.  The three days would be Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday, and Sunday-Monday.  And since you're college students, you don't want to get four days because you'll either pay for a day you won't fully use, or you'll miss a whole day of class.

It's all about Marth, Pichu, and Kirby.  In that order.

There's really also nothing wrong with having more than 4 people in the room.  Just be quiet and don't attract attention.  I've asked for more than 4 keys before... even when I've only had 3 people in a room.  Sometimes you just want to leave an extra key in the room in case you lose yours.  Note: I'm not actually suggesting overfilling a room.  I'm just presenting it as an option.  Don't blame me if you get caught or you can't figure out the sleeping arrangements.

I don't think the Marriott does price changes like that...

I'm think about going as something simple like Sven Vollfied from Black Cat.  White suit, white hat, eye patch.  Either that or I'll make myself a goomba costume.  Remember how in NES Mario games, little Mario is the same size as a goomba?  Well that's before Mario turns into a giant, so that would mean that a goomba is between 5 and 6 feet tall...  So I'll end up getting some chicken wire and foam and having fun with that one.

It would be cool if like... 500 people did all of the characters from all of the game.  Not including duplicates... except possibly young Viki and teen Viki.

Blood+ really wasn't all that great.  I admit that I didn't give it 4 episodes.  I quit after 2 or 3 minutes of the second.

Sometimes, you can also buy Bawls at a FoodMax.  And you can always get the 12 packs in a box at CompUSA.  I do not suggest getting thinkgeek to ship some to your home though... Shipping can really kick you in the bawls.

You can get a coup de grâce on an unconscious foe.  I suspect that you can also get a coup de grâce on a foe while he is on the can.
