This is perfect for a cosplay I already have planned, the evil queen (Regina) from ABC's Once Upon a Time. Count me in for at least one gathering, not sure which day quite yet.

I just called around for the Fairmont and you can book a room for their normal rates that weekend, but if you want the Fanime rates then you have to go through the housing department. They don't take reservations for at least another month or so.

So it sounds like the people who say they got the rate talked to someone really cool, or they are mistaken and are paying full price.

I can't be the only person at Fanime more who's more than a little obsessed with George R R Martin's epic fantasy series, both the books and tv show.
I will be cosplaying Daenerys in her Dothraki get-up seen in season 1 of the show, anyone else planning on a GoT cosplay this year?
If so, we should meet and have many exciting photo ops. I would particularly like to see a Khal Drogo, a Cersie or an Arya.
But having ANYONE to take some fun pictures with would be cool. Get at me y'all :)

I'm really leaning towards doing Daenerys, and it would be rad if others did characters as well.
