The Westin still has rooms. I called and they had no two rooms connecting for the three nights I wanted. ( Thursday, Friday, Sat ) but were able to do it somehow.. magically... All with the Con price rate. I had to book the rooms separate but it all worked out and I'm amazed that this somehow happened. So maybe you can call and get lucky too!

For Hilton which is completely booked; if you're a Diamond member for the Hilton they can get you a room for that weekend and time, but you will be paying anywhere from 270 for the Thursday to 340+ for the weekend. If someone is in desperate need and can fork out the money well being a diamond member. That is an option. They will NOT honor the con rate by any means.

Called around a bit places do have rooms but they want to charge crazy amounts if they do.

We would like to work with you guys to enable you to wear your costumes at the con. There are a few things that we would like you to keep in mind, most of them seem to have been edited into the first post. Namely, no uniforms which say "Police" or "P.D." on them, which will largely effect RCPD, but other people may be affected as well. (I am not terribly familiar with R.E.) We will try to work with you whenever possible to make your costumes wear-able, but please be willing to work with us, too.

We do not want people cosplaying in current American military/police uniforms. However, this is meant to be as seen by a lay-person, so to some degree it will be case-by-case. If you have pictures of yourself in your costume, and you would like to discuss it with me pre-convention, please feel free to either PM me here on the forums, post in my thread, or email [email protected] with your picture.

I try to be available to help whenever possible, and I try to be prompt with my responses, but sometimes real life intervenes, so if you PM/email me, please be patient.

Roommates Wanted: May 24 - 29th
+ Introduction: Hello I'm looking for someone who is flying solo to the con this year, because I am! So let's make this an experience. My friends moved off and decided they just are not into anime anymore.. Sad I know. So I am looking for someone who is cosplaying ( not a requirement ) respectful, fun and drug free and is not looking for a crazy hotel party.
+ Hotel Information: Fairmont
+ Costs: 207 right down the middle - I will take the payment in cash or paypal at least 2 weeks before the con unless there are special circumstances.
+ Requirements:  Drug free, At the very least 18 I would prefer 21 though, either gender is fine & welcome, I don't mind as long as you are respectful.
