I'll be there as Wolverine (movie version).  My girlfriend is coming as Felicia from Darkstalkers (our 2015 theme: claws) but that won't work with Marvel, lol.  So I guess she'll have to wait off to the side.

Here's a place to sound off for all the Darkstalker cosplayers planning on attending Fanime 2015.  I know of at least one Felicia and Morrigan who are working on their costumes.  Who else?  When and where should we have our Darkstalkers 2015 Fanime photo-op gathering?

Odd, I found those links completely unusable.  Far too many photos on a page leading to excruciating lockups and crashes.  Anyone else manage to access those pages successfully?

I really tried viewing that forum but it appears the first 6000 photos in the category are of some stage gathering inside the convention hall and then my internet connection melted down and my computer exploded.

Anyone else manage to actually get to the DC/Marvel gathering photos via that link? 

I would have to vote against the DC / Marvel split, since then my Arrow can't have an epic showdown against Hawkeye. 

Yes, let's move it to the park, where the Attack on Titan shoot was held. That gathering was even bigger - I know, I was sent there mistakenly and almost missed the DC / Marvel gathering.  Grr.

Hi Folks.  My girlfriend and I are assiduously working on our first cosplay costumes (hooray) and we may be able to make it to this gathering.  We're working on Wonder Woman for her, and Arrow / Green Arrow for me.

I'm a little lost here on how bows are allowed.
Can I have a real bow, but strung with elastic string for the entire time? Or is unstrung required?

It would have to be strung with a fake string in such a way that it clearly cannot shoot, or peacebonded unstrung.

Hi there, thanks for all your help.  I'm planning on cosplaying Green Arrow and need to figure out a way I can bring a bow without breaking your rules.  I've read this forum carefully and I wanted to know if I had a very low-poundage bow and strung it with dental floss, would that be acceptable, as in falling under your "strung with fake string" rule?  That would make it impossible to actually draw the bow, because if you did the floss would instantly break.
