I am currently making a weapon prop for fanime it is 10.5 inches long. And was wondering what I should make it out of. I'm cosplaying as my own Organization XIII character (he has a a storyline and everything pm me if you'd like to hear about it) He has the element of sound and uses a conducting baton/blade to send powerful soundwaves through his enemies. He can also cause explosions by breaking the sound barrier, but enough of my chitterchatter here's my design!:
