I pre-registered, but the FAQ said that child registrations are done at the At-Con lines.. so do I have to wait in two lines? I hope not  :(

Also can I still register the child, if the child is not there at the time of badge pick up? If I can't, does that mean I'll end up at the At-Con line? I really don't want to wait at the At-Con line since it can take hours..

I just needed some reassurance that I won't be mugged or have some creepers following/hollering at me or something lol. I walk really fast when I'm alone, so I think I'll be okay. I won't be taking any shady shortcuts :P

Is it safe for a lone teenage girl to be walking from the convention center to the Fairmont at like 12 AM?
My friends are staying at the Hilton, and I don't want to force them to walk me back to my hotel room.
It's only like one giant block away, but I'm really paranoid, especially about drunks/creepers.

If I'm bringing a child, and I'm not the leader of the group I'm pre-registering with (so I'm not the one picking up the badges), how do I get my child registered? It says that you can register them on the spot at the pre-reg line, but the leader isn't the child's guardian.

Would I have to line up in the At-Con line just to register the child? Also, I am 17. Can I register my 10 year old sister and be the guardian that watches her, or do we have to buy a badge for a parent?
