Well, since Gaara wasn't done in time, I'll definately have him ready by next year. Although I might do 2 Naruto characters. And if I do I'm definately going as Sasori's giant puppet-o-evil (totally forgot it's name).

Well, it's obvious that you guy's need a villian. It's just not Bleach without cool villians. So count me in as Tousen.

Bad:
- I lost my necklace. (But it is being returned, so I'll only have to wait for a little while.)
- A lot of my friends left early, but there's nothing I can do about that.
- Threatened in E-Gaming room.
- Didn't have cosplay ready.

Good:
- Everything else, pretty much.

What I learned: I need to be more careful with my stuff. I'm just lucky that my necklace was found. Oh, and to pack a little lighter. Carrying all my stuff was a bit of a pain.

Well, I might as well put in my 2 cents.

Gaming Room: 5 Stars: Totally awesome! Pleanty of good games and a ton of room. Almost too much room! Adding the Tabletop gaming in that Exibition hall would have helped, I think.

Artist Alley: 3 Stars: It was nice to be able to walk freely instead of around tables like last year. And I really got a good chance to look at everyone's artwork without worrying about hitting someone with something. But it didn't get much attention. There was this one artist that told me they had only sold two of the KH posters she made (me being the second person), which really surprised me. I thought they were wonderful and I've got it hanging on my wall. Not sure if it has anything to do with people's taste or the lack of advertisement to the room, but I thought I should bring that up. Also, the placement of some booths was kinda awkward. I didn't like having to travel all the way to the end of a row just to see one table. Better placement would have helped there.

Stage Zero: 4 Stars: that was a great addition. The quick draw competition was cool and they had a variety of great stuff. the rap was out of place though. And it did get crowded when something big was going on.

Dealers Room: 5 Stars: I personally had no problems here. Good job.

Viewing rooms: 5 Stars: Great Selection and large rooms. The Bleach marathon was fun and I was surprised to se Yakkate Japan there too (I didn't get to watch much though, I was dead tired). Air was definately fun to watch and the One Piece movies are always a blast.

Schedules: 2 Stars: Too small. Other than that they were easy to understand.

Mascarade: 3 Stars: Too many walk-ons all at once. It was crazy.

(I know that the last two have already been addressed but I wanted to say it anyway.)

I think that's it. I'll definately be coming back next year. Fanime is way too much fun to miss it!

The gaming room was great this year. I was a little miffed that there was only one TV for SSBM, but that can easily be over looked. I still got a ton of matches in. I personally loved the variety of the games this year, and the classic systems were a dream come true.

On a side note, I'm surprised that barely anyone was playing Power Stone 2 with us. That was great fun!

The arcade was a blast too, but I sure didn't like paying 50 cents just to get my butt kicked. Bah, it was still fun.

I can't think of any real complaints, but if I do I'll let you all know.

Argh. I don't know why my costume isn't done yet. It's the same character I always do (Gaara), but with a different outfit. And so far I've done next to nothing.  #-o

I have all the parts and pieces necessary (I might be missing the vest that he stars wearing later on, but that's an easy fix) but I haven't really tried anything, made sure the shoes still fit, or fixed my gourd.

I'm such a horrible cosplayer. Don't look at me! I'm hideous!  :(

Where are the Mario-men? And I don't mean Dr. Mario, I mean the original and greatest plumber ever to jump out of green pipes Mario.

For me it goes: Mario, Ice Climbers and Fox. After that I pretty much play evenly with everyone else (in other words, not all that great).

Quote from: Ayanami Rei First ChildOn a side note I could bring my dreamcast to sell to someone if they want it. I could use the space since I never really play the darned thing anymore. I also got a mod-chipped PS1.

And how much would this Dreamcast be going for? I'm actually interested.

Well, I used to use Jin, Strider, and Akuma as my main team.

Then I switched it to Jill, Hayato, and Megaman.

Now I just use whoever I feel like using at the time.

Wow, talk about oldies but goodies. I haven't played any of these since my Dreamcast was killed (my brother broke it) about 3 years ago.

I'm down for any fighting game though, even if I haven't played it. Definately looking forward to playing MVC2 though.

I'm hoping that a certain blue hedgehog enters the fray this time around. You know who I'm talkimg about.

Also, you can suggest what characters make it into the game. Go here: http://www.smashbros.com/jp/toukou/index.html

Good luck finding a translator though. Pm me if you want me to send you to someone who might be able to help though.

Hotel and Facilities / Room Please
May 15, 2006, 01:02:08 AM
Hello everyone. Now I know that Fanime is almost upon us, and that most of you guys have already made arrangements for rooms. But, if anyone has any space available please e-mail me at: [email protected] or PM me. I will most likely only be staying one or two nights, those being Saturday and Sunday. I should be able to cover all costs and anything else. Thanks in advance.
