Yo! There's actually already an official RWBY/Monty Oum gathering like 30 minutes before this one haha. Maybe you could talk to the person running it and see if they're willing to join forces for one huge awesome RTAH meetup? If not, I should probably rename this 'RWBY gathering'. Well I guess there is some time before a final decision needs to be made.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about it too much just yet. I'd say by the end of March, if you don't have anybody interested in joining any other series, then this should probably just be renamed to the RWBY gathering.

And @fenfeiikou, there's already a Monty Oum gathering going around (filled with mostly RWBY cosplayers), so I'd think this one would have to be for the AH/RT people only. Unless you talk to the person heading it, and then maybe have a combined group?

Yo! Some of my buddies and I have already got our RWBY cosplays under-way and we were just wondering when you're going to be able to set a date/time for the gathering?

Also for the record, I'm going as Ruby, and my friends are going as Ozpin, Glinda, and Sun. (We might also have a Blake, too.)

Helloo~ just got back from Sacanime and saw like a handful of Achievement Hunters, which was both surprising and awesome. So I was wondering if anybody else had plans to don their Minecraft gear for next years convention?
