Registration / Buying a badge for someone else and me

Since group registration needs a minimum of 5 people. Read the FAQ saying if you want to buy a badge you put the persons name. So could I purchase 2 seperate badges so long as the person picking up the badge is the one who I purchased the badge for?

I'm doing a Kaito Kid cosplay from Detective Conan (Case Closed) and was wondering how to do the hair. I've scoured the internet for a wig but no such luck. I was wondering if I could style my hair like his (I have the same hair color) and any help would be appreciated :)
