I used to confirmation number that Fanime gave me for reserving the hotel,but when I called up the hotel they said they didn't have in their system.The hotel guy told me that they might have not sent the hotel information yet.I'm not sure what to do.I have another hotel a friend asked me to reserve for him which I did through the hotel website I want to cancel,but I might needed it for now.
