Hey there, i'm an european and since few years back i'm going to american ( and japanese) conventions my first con expierence was Anime Expo and i was also solo, even though i have a pretty outgoing personality i realy feel that your among friends at a con and since you cosplay i'm pretty sure people will talk to you / ask for pictures and ofcourse i'm pretty sure any cosplay gatherings will accept you :) so no worries and just enjoy your time at fanime

Right, i'm sure things will work out then! even though i'll meet up with some friends there, sometimes i just disapear to make some pictures or something haha

thnx for all the useful info ! this is gonna be my first time on fanime also so i found it all very useful, also is there something like a map where the gathering spots are ? (like G1 G2 etc.) aside from cosplaying i'll also gonna make tons of pictures ! and i realy would like to attend some gatherings
