Would a copy of a student's school transcript work?

Hey, I was wondering...if someone only has a school ID, can they still pick up their badges?

Also, if not, can those people just perhaps tell the reg staff the information they put when they registered? Like fan name or e-mail to get the badge? I recall that they allowed that to happen the past few years.

Or do they REALLY have to get a passport or something?

Hello, as it happens, there is school on Friday so I myself (the group leader) will not be there before certain people in my group. Is it possible that those individuals that are getting there before me either get their own badges without my being there or even get everyone's badges? Would they need written permission from me?

I am trying to reserve rooms for our fanime group, but can I use a debit card in place of a credit card?
