In the 08 weapons policy say
Flail Weapons
"Flail weapons are not permitted. Examples of flail weapons include, but are not limited to, whipsfloggers, maces, nunchaku, and any weapon with attached moving parts".

Can someone help understand what is trying to say because I going as female Indiana Jones and I can't tell if you are allow to bring like a whip in my case. Just have on me the whole time in a whip holder. I pretty good following the rules. But I confuse about the policy. I have a another ? is do I need to get my holster peace bonding? But Have no gun in it.   

Does anybody know is ok to bring a Whip because I cosplay as Indiana Jones for FRI and Sat. I have the whip in a hold on my belt and just have it there the whole time I there in the con. Also I get it peace bonded for it.

I plan to have my ipod hock up to my traveling speakers stop in the hall ( not outside of video room). Do a small show because I am Risembool Ranger mascost and have my group of friend helping me sing two song called Soldier A and The Legend of Middle Tennessee and tape it for youtube on my account. :)

I know that about the hug/glomp thing. I going off topic but do you it ok to bring a sign for the con. It parted my costume because I am Risembool Rangers mascot look for the leader.The sign will said  " Were is furher Vic Mignogna ?" on one side of the sign and the other side would said  "Have seen this guy? He about 5'10 and have blonde hair with hazel eye." with picture of the voice actor picture.

I am in for the gathering. I going as Risembool ranger mascots. I confuse that time is the grathering start? I under stay that on Saturday on the first flood of the con. :)
