Checking in as Vega.

If there was a vote I would lean more towards Saturday rather than Friday.  Reason being, I'm part of a Street Fighter group and right now I think Saturday is the only day that would work.  As con gets closer though I will have a better idea.  Right now we have a Sakura, Vega, Chun-Li, Rose and a possible Goken.

If I can work it in I will cosplay as Kyo.  I'll also talk to Panda and see if she can be Tohru.

Thank you Haku; the same goes for you.  I'll keep an eye out on Friday for your Fruits Basket group and on Saturday I'll see if I can swing by and check out your Deathscythe costume.  Ideas for next year :P.  Friday I'm gonna be just myself however Saturday I'll be Kyo until the Masquerade and then on Sunday I'll be Dr. Tofu with my Ranma 1/2 group.

I prefer hugs but you can glomp me as long as you let me know in advance.  I've read lots of horror stories about glomping and truthfully I might look big and strong but I'm quite fragile.

I'm sorry to hear that Haku.  If your group is still going to dress up on Friday I'll keep an eye out and with your permission get a picture.  Speaking of Naruto and Soul Eater, I've always wanted to dress up as Deathscythe however I'm doing 3 costumes already and that's my limit.  Next year... ;D

kagaminerin02 > That made me laugh as well as think of something ingenious.  Nobody has yet done a cosplay of Kyo in one of those protective bear suits.  With the amount of damage he takes from everyone, especially Kagura it would be a wise investment.  If you're not sure what a bear suit is go to the follow link.

Well this looks interesting.  If you can't find a model I could probably do it just as long as it doesn't interfere with my Ranma 1/2 gathering on Sunday at 11am.  Just a few questions though;  Do I need to bring anything other than myself and about how long does it take?

Joking aside, I appreciate you offering to bring something extra for all of us at the gathering but please don't feel obligated to do so.  With that said, I like grapes, apples and strawberries.  I think me and Pandari might be bringing some rice balls but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Hey Umeboshi now that we have an acceptable gathering time could you please contact BSaphire and get us officially setup for Sunday at 11am?  Sorry to be demanding but I'm worried because we don't show up in the Official Gatherings Thread and I don't want anyone else to take out time slot.

That's awesome.  Looks like this is growing to become quite a gathering.  Before I forget, can you also add my friend Pandari onto the list.  She is going to be cosplaying Tohru from episode 20 when she wore the yellow dress.

Good to be here.  I just got my wig and I'm contemplating getting colored contacts for the costume.  I've seen a lot of other Kyo cosplays but never in person so I'm not sure if they get contacts or they alter their eye color using photoshop before hosting it. 

I'll be at the gathering.  I'm the Kyo which will be accompanying Pandari.

No official gathering time has been set since it doesn't seem like a lot of people will be dressing up as avatar characters.  It's coming down to the wire and would be pretty unlikely to organize anything now so I'll just post a time here based on free times from the main gathering thread.  If you read this in time show up.

I couldn't find a new topic or a spot in the official gatherings thread for an Avatar gathering.  Seeing as how I'm going to be cosplaying a character from that series I figured I'd try and get this going. 

If you're thinking of doing this or have your cosplay already planned post here and lets try to schedule an Avatar gathering.  I'll keep this post updated with a character list as it increases and a time and date if we agree on one.
