the cloak isn't enough in and of itself. you need some faux stillsuit action (tan jumpsuite w/ gauze wraps and straps + camelback?), and something that approximates a crysknife more.

last year I ran into a dude at the con who was rocking one of the most steampunk getups I've ever seen. he had the whole olive drab tench coat (looked like red army surplus) and WWI aviator goggles on, but he was carrying around this massive brassed out wooden backpack that had some gun and hose attached to it. pumping this one handle on it would make smoke pour out of the gun.

Anyone planning on running anything like Zombies!, Illuminati, or Settlers of Catan?

Just to have it on record that not everyone is thrilled about that descision, this is why you've lost at least two loyal Hilton regulars. I'm not sure if any studies ever get done regarding this sort of thing, but people who smoke still do travel on occasion.
