I'd love to go as Gojyo again. I want to make his weapon but I don't have much experience in prop making (aside from earrings and jewelry). Do you guys have any advice for me? Or should I get it commissioned?

Also If there is a lone Hakkai or a Sanzo who needs some lovin' send yourself my way. ;)

I'm looking for someone to cosplay Saiyuki with? ;3; I'll be going as Gojyo.or fem!Gojyo depending on how things go. (Here's what the last minute version looked like. http://pharaohmalik.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d49qt9q I'd be fixing the wig obviously. I put it together day of con.) I'm 5"6 but with heels or boots on I can easily hit 5"8.

And I have been tossing around the idea of doing a Panty cosplay... but no one to do it with. My body type is average (as you can see above) so I don't want a petite Stocking obviously. Or I wouldn't mind having a Brief. And gender bending could be fun too. :P

My girlfriend and I are generally looking for other Panty and Stocking and Bioshock cosplayers.  We were also curious is there will be photoshoots for either.  :D  Thanks!

Ohh~! Sweet I can make teh gathering! My friend, Yuugi-muffin is going as Yami Bakura from Yuugiou also! ^.^ 

D: I can't cosplay as Mello anymore because my Zero Kiryuu cosplay is taking more time and money than expected. ;__;

But maybe next year? I'll still try to get to the gathering, steal chocolate and take pictures~! >D Muhahahah.

Yup, the Shonen Jump gathering was <3. We gotta do another one of those next year too. ^.^

I've been looking at pictures online all day and I haven't seen any big Death Note groups yet. If not that sucks! I know for my group at the Shonen Jump gathering we only did one group picture before all the cosplayers from our series got there. We should have done another but we lacked organization. I guess the lesson learned is that somebody needs to rally everybody together (Or at least try to) for a big picture and then people are bound to hop in with cameras.

You should go as Mello ^_^; it shouldn't matter as long as you have fun with your cosplay XD
yeah and it was just that people at the gathering just wanted to take pictures of the L's and  Raito's [light] and Misa misa's. -_-; Completely leaving out The other characters.

Well, at the Shonen Jump gathering we had a decent sized group of Yuugiou cosplayers. I was Malik and I asked somebody to take a picture of the group with my camera but I guess they didn't because it's not on there. I know other people took pictures so if you have any please post them! I've been searching the net all day and I can't find them anywhere.

~.~ Or if you have any pictures of myself (Malik/Marik) and Bakura or Otogi/Duke that'd be cool, because I totally forgot to get those pictures on my camera too. Thanks. u.u

Oh it was all funny to me, we started protesting them when they were protesting us. And then Anonymous showed up and they got rick rolled. Good times, good times. I don't know how they thought that anime = sin, but w/e, some people are just ignorant  :D

Actually, we asked them what they were doing there. They just said that because it was a large gathering they decided to preach there. They had nothing in particular against Anime nor were they protesting against it. In fact, I don't think they had any idea what the hell was going on at the convention center. But it was good entertainment b/c cosplay jesus came out. It was one of the highlights of Fanime this year.

Oh.... I guess I could confused because one of the guys standing nearby them was wearing an "I HATE ANIME" shirt. But maybe they were part of the convention and the tee shirt was a joke. >>; *is retarded* Haha, I dunno, I was just like why are people PREACHING HERE!?! WRONG PLACE!!! XD; But yea, it was HILARIOUS. Jesus cosplayer dude came out and like everybody started chanting and stuff. It was great. :D
