The Iron Maiden is currently stuck in Santa Cruz, but we plan for her to be up and ready by this coming May!

It's a tad late but Happy New Year!
I just bought my ticket so I will definetly be there. Also I have made some small improvements to the outfit. So unless the Iron Maiden crashes I shall be accompanying Nightroad and Ester-chan. Nightroad we have yet to discuss plans for hotel reservations if you are still up to it.

For Kate's outfit i just used buttons. But then again i like the quick and dirty, as compared to say Kimu who takes pride in her handsewing. As you have pointed out time does not seem to like the AX very much. BLAME CAIN!!!!!!

I added the two slits in the back of the Kate's outfit. For the longest time i was trying to decide 1 or 2 slits. The artist does not like drawing the backs of the characters for some odd reason.  :D

I'm going with Lenalee's first outfit. Which does have a nice wide loose belt. Two piece will probably be my best bet. I was trying to see if there is any way to make it all one piece but i think thats too much for me right now.

I've been having a had time finding large gems for the mokona hats. I've found some large glass rocks that i can paint and glue on but i'm worried that they might be too heavy!  :-\

I've been looking at a lot of pics of Lenalee and i really need to find a good way to attach the skirt to the top part of the jacket so it looks like one piece. I have a couple ideas but nothing great yet, to the drawing board!!
I've also been having fun trying to make a Mokona hat for my friends birthday coming up. so far its looking good! YAY ME!  ;)

ok did anyone know that bleach was a rock musical in japan! @_@
I came across it on youtube and apparentally there are like 4 shows and each year the show progresses with the story. I'm amazed they made this into  a musical, and it works too!!!

Aparentally I not only have to make a D. Grey-Man outfit for next year but i'm supposed to be Hikaru from Ouran High School Host Club as well. And just to make things scarier guess who's supposed to be my twin (Karu) . . . that's right Ester-chan!!!! Oh the fun we shall have  ;D

Behaved  . . . *coughs* suuuurrrre we behaved. we were only walking around in some old cosplay pieces looking like total weirdos. one lady as i passed her in a mall asked if we had just come from a play or something. Then in japan town as we entered a sword shop a man turned to his fellow traveler  and said something to the effect of "so are those anime characters?" the woman next to him said "no i  think they just dress that way"
I had such a hard time keeping from bursting out laughing. Actually the man was half right since Ester was in her Roxas outfit. LOL XD  Ahhhh good times, and we found the perfect guy to be Mori- Senpai if Ester and i can get enough people to be in the Host Club. man thats three cosplays for next year already!

I wish i could have gone but i had no way of going plus my family from Seattle were coming down that day. *heavy sigh* oh well theres always fanime to look forward to!! By the way who brought the hand cuffs? I started laughing so hard my sister thought i was going crazier than usual XD
